Are you a USC student? Here's how you can get involved with the initiative

The best way to get involved with AII is by enrolling in the course COMM 494. This is a class taught by our Program Manager, Ariana Case, and our Project Administrator, Katherine Neff, here at Annenberg and will involve hands-on data collection for our research reports on diversity and inclusion in entertainment.

Comm 494 - Research Assistant

How can you get involved? Sign up for 2 or 4 units of COMM 494! You’ll be trained on how to analyze diversity and inclusion in entertainment content and in other research methods. After training, you will collect data by analyzing content on your own schedule for a number of hours per week.

Enrollment for Fall semester is closed, but we also have a class in the Spring! If you have any questions about COMM 494, please email aii@usc.edu.
